Customized Gaskets

As part of our wide selection of material, a large number of plumbing standards is stocked in Esbjerg complemented by our own production of customized gaskets according to drawing.

We offer pump and valve gaskets, both dynamic and static, supply rubber gaskets in rolls and plates as well as punched according to drawing. If you do not have a drawing, our design studio makes drawings according to sketches and measurements.

Steel-reinforced Gaskets

For use in extra demanding applications made in steel-reinforced laminate based on mics fibres, the steel-reinforced ones are used for extra demanding applications.

Applications exposed to high temperatures and large mechanical loads use steel-reinforced items. For example, in exhaust systems on petrol and diesel engines. The high-temperature resistance means that this type of material constitutes a perfect substitute for the materials that previously contained asbestos.

For certain applications, steel-reinforced ones with inner beading (a welding and soldering procedure) can be used to advantage. Applying the inner bead to the media hole causes the gasket to achieve additional strength and better sealing properties.
